This is the best way to understand Equine Breathing. It gives the horse a good start and the owner a good grounding in using Equine Breathing tailored to both their own and their horse’s specific situation. 

In most cases the owner will need to continue using Equine Breathing for a period after the course, and can choose to use manual methods or the Equine Breather.
