This is the best way to understand Equine Breathing and achieve effective breathing training. It gives the horse a good start and the owner a good grounding in using Equine Breathing.
In most cases the owner will need to continue using Equine Breathing for a period after the course, and can choose to use manual methods such as 1N or the more advanced UN technique - or a Breather which can be bought at cost price.
